Role Overview: The Play Attendant Lead is responsible for overseeing daily play area operations, ensuring a safe, fun, and well-managed environment for children and families. This role also leads the play team and hosts events such as birthday parties and workshops, creating a seamless and enjoyable Playbean experience.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Play Area Management
  Oversee daily operations of the play area
  Ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness before, during, and after each play session
  Monitor children’s activities and enforce safety guidelines
  Coordinate play schedules, time slots, and cleaning intervals
• 2. Team Leadership
  Lead, guide, and supervise play attendants
  Assign roles and responsibilities per shift
  Ensure team members follow Playbean standards and protocols
  Provide support, training, and performance feedback
• 3. Event Hosting & Execution
  Host and facilitate kids’ parties, private play sessions, and workshops
  Act as the main point of contact for clients during events
  Ensure smooth program flow, from welcome to closing
  Create a fun, engaging, and organized experience for kids and parents
• 4. Customer Experience
  Greet and assist families warmly
  Brief guests on play rules and safety guidelines
  Handle concerns or issues in a calm and professional manner
  Ensure every visit feels safe, enjoyable, and memorable
• 5. Operations Support
  Coordinate with management on daily operations and improvements
  Assist in inventory monitoring (toys, supplies, materials)
  Help implement new activities, programs, or improvements in the play area
