Job summary

Manulife is seeking an Intermediate Cloud Platform Technical Analyst to sustain and enhance AKS-based infrastructure. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and performance while offering growth in cloud-native technologies.

You will join a cross-functional team and contribute to automation, monitoring, and on-call support in a hybrid on-site setting. The position requires 2–3 years in infra roles, hands-on AKS/Docker/Kubernetes experience, and a related degree.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support application onboarding and deployment.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Provide on‑call support on the assign schedule.

As an Intermediate Cloud Platform Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the reliability of our Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) platform and related cloud infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in cloud-native technologies while contributing to the stability and scalability of mission‑critical systems. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support deployments, monitor performance, and implement improvements that align with our commitment to operational excellence. Position Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain AKS clusters and related Azure PAAS services (e.g., APIM, ASE, Event Hub).

Shift Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday – 9am to 6pm PHT

Work Setup: Hybrid – Required to work on site 3 days per week

Location: Quezon City

Required Qualifications

• 2‑3 years of experience in infrastructure or platform support roles.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with AKS, Docker, or Kubernetes environments.
• Familiarity with CLI tools, Git, and basic scripting or automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure PAAS services (e.g., APIM, ASE, Event Hub).
• Exposure to Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud monitoring tools.
• Understanding of cloud architecture and security principles.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and customer‑centric approach.
