Job summary

Amtech is scaling its Platform Engineering organization in India, focusing on a fully AWS-hosted, multi-tenant SaaS model. The SRE team maintains reliability across Encore, LabelTraxx, and related platforms, with 24/7 PagerDuty on-call support. You will build and operate monitoring, automation, and incident response systems for service reliability.

You will own end-to-end services, reduce toil, and elevate reliability standards across the global team with hands-on engineering and automation.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years hands-on SRE, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles.
• Proven ability to operate production workloads on AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC).
• Experience with modern observability tools and IaC pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate monitoring, automation, and incident response systems for Amtech services.
• Own defined services end-to-end; automate toil and contribute to reliability standards.
• Develop infrastructure automation in Terraform across multi-account AWS orgs.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and implement safe deployment patterns (blue/green, canary).
• Coordinate with global teams to keep reliability practices consistent.
