Job summary

Arctic Wolf is leading the frontier of AI-enabled security operations. We are seeking a Product Manager-Platform to own programmatic and access-control capabilities across single-tenant and MSP customers.

You will collaborate with engineering on system design, build prototypes, and guide cross-functional teams toward scalable platform solutions. This role emphasizes technical ownership, prototype validation, and shaping the developer experience for public and internal surfaces.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with technical, platform, or developer-facing products.
• Experience in role-based access control (RBAC), identity, or permissioning systems across single- or multi-tenant models; or API/protocol design, developer platforms, and public/self-serve product experiences.
• Strong communicator able to translate between technical and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable partnering directly with engineers on technical specifications and tradeoffs, including reviewing and giving product input on technical design documents.
• Experience building prototypes or PoCs to validate product direction ahead of full engineering investment.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product requirements for new programmatic and AI-driven access capabilities and for systems that govern access.
• Partner with engineering on design and tradeoffs, including reviewing high-level designs and providing product input.
• Build prototypes and proofs of concept to validate direction before full engineering investment.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure capabilities are properly scoped, tested and governed before release.
• Represent the needs of internal technical partners and external developers.
