Job summary

Infobip Philippines is seeking a Platform Operations Junior Engineer to support the operational backbone of our global messaging platform. You’ll work with AI and automation to streamline processes, reduce silos, and improve efficiency alongside internal teams, partners, and customers.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience, a technical mindset, and familiarity with Excel for operational tracking.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in platform operations or similar
• Strong interest in telecommunications, platform operations, or messaging technologies
• Comfortable with operational processes, data analysis, and pattern recognition
• Experience with customer- or partner-facing work is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process platform provisioning requests and maintain connections with global operators
• Troubleshoot platform issues across messaging channels and workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers to resolve inquiries and ensure service delivery
• Monitor patterns, identify inconsistencies, and support data-driven troubleshooting
• Maintain internal docs, databases, and standard operating procedures

What This Role Is All About

As a Platform Operations Junior Engineer, you will support the operational backbone behind Infobip’s global communications platform. You will join a team that is evolving toward a broader operations model, with a focus on reducing operational silos, improving process efficiency, and using AI and automation to streamline repetitive work. The role combines technical administration, analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and collaboration with internal teams, partners, and customers.

What You’ll Do

• Process platform provisioning requests and maintain connections across global telecom operators and partners
• Troubleshoot platform issues across messaging channels and operational workflows
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers to resolve operational inquiries and ensure timely service delivery
• Monitor operational patterns, identify inconsistencies, and support data-driven troubleshooting and process execution
• Maintain internal documentation, databases, and operational procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including the adoption of AI tools and automation opportunities across operational processes

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Candidate with up to 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Technical mindset with interest in telecommunications, platform operations, or messaging technologies
• Comfortable working with operational processes, data analysis, and pattern recognition
• Experience or exposure to customer-facing, partner-facing, or coordination-based work is considered an advantage
• Familiarity with Excel or similar tools used for operational tracking and analysis
• Curious and proactive approach to learning new tools, systems, and workflows
• Practical use of AI tools in work, learning, or daily problem-solving

Nice-to-have Qualifications

• Experience working with operational support, customer support, or back-office administration processes
• Exposure to routing operations, network operations, or telecom environments
• Understanding of telecom or messaging concepts such as Short Message Peer-to-Peer (SMPP), Signalling System No. 7 (SS7), or messaging routing
