Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers is seeking a senior software leader to architect and operate a multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will own production releases, implement secure architectures, and drive cost-efficient scalability across complex workflows.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years building enterprise-grade software, strong TS/Next.js/Python, and hands-on experience with production observability and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years building production software at senior, staff, or principal level.
• Personally shipped and operated a multi-tenant B2B SaaS product.
• Strong expertise in TS, Next.js, Python, FastAPI, Postgres, SQL, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Establish canonical production architecture, repository, data model, and release path.
• Own production releases, canaries, rollbacks, migrations, incident response, and disaster recovery.
• Enforce quotas, cost budgets, idempotency, backpressure, and telemetry.
• Direct AI coding agents through bounded tickets and review outputs.
• Translate requirements into executable acceptance criteria.
• Produce an evidence-based capacity and unit economics assessment.
