Job summary
BairesDev is seeking a Platform Engineer to design and operate scalable Kubernetes-based internal platforms. You will bridge infrastructure and development to enable teams to deploy and scale applications while hiding underlying complexity.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
- Proven ability to design and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools and GitOps workflows (Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD).
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters across environments.
- Develop and maintain Helm charts and deployment templates.
- Automate provisioning and lifecycle management with Terraform and IaC.
- Implement GitOps CD workflows using ArgoCD.
- Collaborate with developers to define platform standards and scaling strategies.
- Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance with monitoring and self-healing.
