Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Platform Data Engineer to support Axway SecureTransport and related file transfer services. The role focuses on secure, reliable data exchange across internal systems and partners, with collaboration across application, infrastructure, and security teams.

You will monitor transfer services, troubleshoot issues, maintain configurations, and participate in service improvements to ensure compliance and high availability.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting middleware/integration platforms in operations/support.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise secure file transfer platforms such as Axway SecureTransport.
• Ability to investigate issues using logs, monitoring tools, and diagnostics.
• Experience in cloud-based or hybrid infrastructure and ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for enterprise Secure File Transfer platforms.
• Monitor services for high availability, performance and successful delivery of data.
• Investigate and resolve failed, delayed, or incomplete file transfers.
• Analyze logs and events to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Escalate incidents following established procedures.
