RTX is seeking a manufacturing operator to join the Collins Aerospace team onsite in the Philippines. You will operate Thermwood, thermoforming and related plastics fabrication machinery, perform setup and basic troubleshooting, and ensure parts meet drawings and quality standards.

Ideal candidates read 2D drawings, can use calipers and gauges, follow safety rules, and are eager to learn 5-axis CNC concepts and plastics manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings
• Experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to use measuring equipment such as calipers and gauges
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing safety practices

Aufgaben

• Operate Thermwood, Thermoforming, and other machines related to plastics fabrication
• Perform machine setup and basic troubleshooting as needed
• Ensure products are manufactured according to drawing and quality requirements
• Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring tools and gauges
• Follow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping in the work area
