Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating industrial machinery preferred.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic molding machinery to meet daily targets.
• Load materials into machine hoppers to ensure continuous production.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Perform minor machine adjustments under supervision and report malfunctions.
• Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment to clients.
• Assist in periodic stock takes and maintain organized storage of materials and inventory.
• Support loading/unloading of delivery vehicles using manual or powered equipment.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free floor and warehouse following 5S or safety standards.
