Select Goods in the Philippines is seeking a production associate to operate plastic molding machinery and monitor daily targets. You will load materials, inspect outputs, and assist in packaging and shipping while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 kg, and working in a fast-paced team. Prior manufacturing experience is highly preferred and punctuality is essential.

• Operate and monitor specialized plastic molding machinery to produce ocean balls according to daily targets.

• Load draw materials into machine hoppers and ensure a continuous supply for production.

• Conduct visual inspections of finished products to identify defects, such as irregular shapes or structural weaknesses, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Perform minor adjustments to machinery under supervision and immediately report technical malfunctions to the maintenance team.

• Accurately pick, pack, and label finished goods for shipment to retail or commercial clients.

• Assist in periodic stock takes and maintain organized storage of both raw materials and finished inventory.

• Support the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles using manual or powered material handling equipment.

• Maintain a clean, hazard-free production floor and warehouse area in accordance with 5S or local safety standards.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience operating industrial machinery or working in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

• Must be capable of standing for extended periods and lifting loads of up to 25kg (55 lbs).

• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
