We Hope Medical Group in Plaridel, Bulacan, seeks an experienced Clinic Manager to lead our Plaridel Chemotherapy Center. This full-time role supervises operations, staff, and finances to ensure exceptional patient care and efficient business performance.

You will implement governance standards, optimize patient flow, drive revenue, and build strong relationships with staff and the community to support growth and quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management.
• 2–3 years of managerial experience in a healthcare clinic or similar.
• Must reside in Plaridel or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and patient experience.
• Manage clinic staff including recruitment, scheduling, and development.
• Monitor budgeting, revenue, and expenses for the branch.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Implement clinical governance, patient safety, and infection control.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow and reduce wait times.
• Develop marketing and community engagement to grow patient base.
• Prepare reports on performance, metrics, and finances for leadership.
