Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management.
• Must reside in BAGUIO or willing to relocate.
• 2-3 years of managerial experience in a healthcare clinic.
• Proficient in clinic management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations for smooth workflow and optimal patient experience.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, performance, and development.
• Monitor budgeting, revenue, expenses, and branch profitability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Maintain clinical governance, patient safety and infection control.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow and reduce wait times.
• Develop marketing and community engagement to increase patient base.
• Prepare reports on clinic performance for senior management.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and community stakeholders.
