Job summary

We Hope Medical Group in Plaridel, Bulacan seeks an experienced Pharmacist for our PLARIDEL CHEMOTHERAPY CENTER to provide specialist pharmaceutical care to oncology patients and ensure the safe use of cytotoxic medications.

You will review, prepare, dispense chemotherapy and supportive drugs; verify orders; maintain storage, labeling and disposal; and counsel clinicians and patients. Requires PRC license, BS Pharmacy, hospital/clinical pharmacy experience preferred; relocation considered.

Qualifications

Licensed Pharmacist (PRC License required).
Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in drug dispensing, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
Detail-oriented with strong patient safety awareness.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Must be residing in PLARIDEL, BULACAN, or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

Review, prepare, compound, and dispense chemotherapy and supportive medications
Verify chemotherapy orders for correctness, dosage accuracy, and drug compatibility
Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, and disposal of cytotoxic agents
Provide drug information and counseling to healthcare professionals and patients
Monitor medication inventory to prevent shortages and expirations
Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards
