Job summary

The ideal candidate is a technical or vocational graduate in mechanical or electrical fields, physically fit, and willing to work shifting schedules if required. Prior plant operations or equipment maintenance experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a technical or vocational program in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical systems.
• Physically fit and able to work in a plant environment.
• Willing to work shifting schedules if required.
• Experience in plant operations or equipment maintenance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance of equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues.
• Assist in the repair and replacement of faulty parts.
• Follow safety procedures and company regulations at all times.
• Record operational data and prepare basic reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Support other technical staff during maintenance activities.
