• Repairs & Maintenance/Unplanned Downtime Standards
• Preventive Maintenance/Planned Downtime
• Spare parts, Consumable Parts & Maintenance Inventory
• Ensures availability of sharpened and serviced millstone ready for use at processing line
• Ensures that installations of machineries are carried out with highest degree of good workmanship
• Responsible for the recommendation and evaluation of standard breakdowns
