Job summary

Entegris Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a senior site-level purchasing operations lead in the Philippines to safeguard uninterrupted material flow and align site priorities with enterprise procurement standards. You will act as the plant's voice within the Purchasing Center, ensuring governance, standard work, and supplier performance visibility influence execution decisions.

The role requires coordinating with Planning, Operations, Quality, Logistics, and Procurement Operations to resolve supply

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement Operations, or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of complex supply and procurement execution challenges impacting production schedules and inventory health.
• Coordinate escalation management between plants, suppliers, Planning, Quality, and Purchasing Center teams to resolve issues rapidly.
• Serve as the primary site liaison for Procurement Operations, representing plant priorities in execution decisions.
• Identify and communicate emerging supplier performance and fulfillment risks affecting operational performance.
• Partner with Planning and Operations to ensure procurement supports production schedules and customer demand.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring supply disruptions.
• Ensure purchasing execution risks are elevated through governance forums (S&OE, S&OP).
• Promote standard work, escalation disciplines, and governance across sites.
• Analyze purchasing execution performance to identify opportunities for improvement in on-time delivery and fulfillment.
• Support process improvements, automation, and digital tools to improve visibility and execution.
