DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient processing from raw materials to finished products

• Ensure production schedules are achieved in accordance with approved plans through effective approval and allocation of resources

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and utilization of manpower and equipment

• Ensure manufacturing operations are audit-ready at all times

• Participate in regulatory inspections and customer audits

• Ensure manufacturing operations are audit-ready at all times

• Manage production budgets and operating expenses

• Monitor manufacturing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Optimize utilization of raw materials, packaging materials, and utilities

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements

• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Industrial Pharmacy, or another related science discipline

• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing

• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role

• Experience in solid dosage forms (tablets, capsules) is preferred

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes

• Thorough understanding of cGMP, FDA, and regulatory requirements

• Leadership and people management skills

• Proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and production management systems
