Private Advertiser seeks an experienced Manufacturing Operations Leader to oversee pharma production from materials to finished goods. You will ensure schedules, resources, and budgets are aligned with plans while driving efficiency and lean initiatives.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in a related science and 5–8 years in pharma manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role and strong ERP proficiency.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient processing from raw materials to finished products
Ensure production schedules are achieved in accordance with approved plans through effective approval and allocation of resources
Monitor productivity, efficiency, and utilization of manpower and equipment
Ensure manufacturing operations are audit-ready at all times
Participate in regulatory inspections and customer audits
Ensure manufacturing operations are audit-ready at all times

Manage production budgets and operating expenses
Monitor manufacturing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
Optimize utilization of raw materials, packaging materials, and utilities
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements
Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Industrial Pharmacy, or another related science discipline
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
Experience in solid dosage forms (tablets, capsules) is preferred
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
Thorough understanding of cGMP, FDA, and regulatory requirements
Leadership and people management skills
Strategic planning and decision-making ability
Proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and production management systems
