Job summary

LARGEN MED. INC. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee daily operations, improve processes, ensure compliance, and drive strategic company initiatives.

The role combines responsibilities across sales operations, inventory and logistics oversight, recruitment and team development, and data-driven reporting for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in operations, admin, or sales ops.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare/FMCG distribution or similar is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management & Execution – Oversee daily operations, improve processes, ensure compliance, resolve operational issues, and execute company initiatives.

• Sales Operations & Business Development – Monitor sales performance, field activities, reports, business development initiatives, conduct audits, analyze performance, and ensure achievement of sales targets.

• Inventory, Logistics & Supply Chain Oversight – Manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners, oversee order fulfillment, forecasting, and product availability.

• Recruitment, Training & Team Development – Support hiring, onboarding, training, workforce planning, employee development, and performance management.

• Reporting, KPIs & Process Improvement – Prepare operational reports and dashboards, monitor KPIs, analyze data, develop SOPs, and drive continuous improvement.

• Administrative Support & Special Projects – Assist the CEO/COO with strategic projects, cross-functional coordination, reporting, and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive management experience in operations, business administration, sales operations, logistics, distribution, or related leadership roles.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, distribution, importation, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Experience managing field-based sales teams, multi-location operations, or distribution networks is an advantage.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational performance.
