Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the overall production and manufacturing operations of the pet food plant in Bulacan, Philippines.

The role focuses on achieving targets, ensuring quality, and maintaining safe, cost-efficient processes on the plant floor. You will oversee end-to-end extrusion and dry processing, monitor OEE and other KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and lead a team of supervisors and engineers while coordinating with Engineering, Maintenance, QA,

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering degree required; licensed engineer preferred.
• 10+ years of plant/manufacturing production experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience in Pet Food, Animal Feed, Food Manufacturing, or extrusion.
• Hands-on experience in production, extrusion/dry processing, process improvement, and plant operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Preferably based in Bulacan, Pampanga, or nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end plant production operations and achieve production targets.
• Oversee extrusion and dry processing: milling, batching, mixing, extrusion, drying, coating, cooling, and packing.
• Monitor key production KPIs, including OEE, yield, downtime, productivity, and manufacturing costs.
• Drive process improvement, cost and waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, quality, and safety standards.
• Lead and develop production supervisors, engineers, and plant personnel.
• Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, QA, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure efficient plant operations.
