• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
• 2–3 years in plant engineering, maintenance, or industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial equipment.
• Proficient in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and project management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain plant mechanical systems, utilities, and equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
