• 1–2 years experience in Manufacturing; fresh graduates welcome.
• Skilled in process review, time and motion study, and productivity improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform time and motion studies.
• Conduct on-site observations to determine current process performance and establish standard times.
• Develop manpower calculations and cycle times for operations.
• Convert study results into standard times to determine staffing and productivity benchmarks.
• Track KPIs and prepare IE reports for management review.
• Assist in layout planning and process mapping.
• Support facility layouts, process flows, and workstation arrangements to reduce bottlenecks and improve safety and productivity.
• Participate in IE or cross-functional improvement initiatives and provide documentation for operations analysis.
• Prepare structured reports and visual data summaries for validation by the Operations Analyst.
