• Plan and organise the resources for high productivity and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with plant heads, vendors and government agencies to ensure safety and compliance.
• Focus on maximizing capacity utilisation and cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Resolve day-to-day customer grievances related to cracks, workability, slump control, pumping issues, cube failures and take corrective actions.
• Address environment pollution grievances from neighbouring communities and ensure adherence to environmental norms.
• Design and implement periodic preventive maintenance for plants and machinery and track spare parts lifecycle.
• Plan commissioning of plants and ensure gaps in projects are closed.
• Deploy manpower at site for pours and optimize route plans and site access for timely execution.
• Ensure safety adherence and compliance with safety standards and procedures at all plants.
