• Experience in mine planning and scheduling to support production targets.
• Ability to analyze deposit quality and reserves for budgeting.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in mining.

Responsibilities

• ROM quality management: sample mines daily, blend planning, support shift quality.
• Mine development: explore new areas per approved plan and update reserves.
• Reserve estimation: update data daily, compile block models and reserves.
• Compliance: file returns and ensure statutory payments and reporting.
• Weighbridge ops: ensure stock and dispatch royalty passes as per weighment.
• IMS/QA: implement continuous improvement and Kaizen, align with audits.
