Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Plant & Equipment Manager based in the Philippines. In this role, you will coordinate and manage activities related to staging areas, precast fabrication, and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of experience in marine or precast yard engineering. Responsibilities include overseeing production plans and logistics, managing team operations, and ensuring equipment availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in marine and/or precast yard engineering.
• Relevant certifications in marine engineering or equipment management are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee the plant's production plan.
• Approve manufacturing procedures and ensure compliance.
• Manage and coordinate the entire plant team.
• Oversee procurement and operational availability of equipment.
• Coordinate logistics of internal and external transport.
