Job summary

AboitizPower in the Philippines is seeking a Plant Engineer to oversee operation and maintenance of power generation facilities. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and budget adherence while coordinating technical activities across teams.

The ideal candidate holds a engineering degree (electrical preferred), is licensed, and has experience with PV solar farm operations. Knowledge of EPC contracts and construction management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering.
• Must be a Licensed Engineer.
• Preferably with background and experience in Photovoltaic-Solar Farm operations and maintenance.
• Familiar with EPC contract and construction management of large infrastructure or power plants.
• With at least three (3) years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance services, development, execution, inspection, supervision, and coordination of all technical work safely, on time, and within budget.
