Job summary

MAJESTIC is seeking a licensed Electrical Engineer or Master Electrician to lead preventive maintenance of plant electrical systems at the Biñan facility. You will supervise electrical improvements, machine installations, and system design updates to ensure reliability and GMP compliance.

You will prepare government compliance documents, monitor energy and environmental performance, train engineering staff, coordinate with contractors, and act as Pollution Control Officer.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Electrical Engineer license or Master Electrician certification.
• BS Electrical Engineering degree.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing work experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and conduct preventive maintenance of plant electrical systems and equipment.
• Handle electrical improvement projects, machine installations, and system design updates.
• Ensure compliance with electrical, safety, GMP, and government standards.
• Prepare required documents and represent the company for government compliance.
• Monitor energy, power, water utilization, and electrical system performance.
• Train and provide technical guidance to engineering personnel.
• Coordinate with third-party contractors for maintenance and projects.
• Act as Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and oversee environmental compliance and EMS implementation.
• Monitor pollution control facilities, hazardous/solid waste, and environmental activities.
• Submit required reports and documents to DENR, PEZA, LLDA, and other agencies.
• Conduct environmental audits and employee training on chemical handling.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
