Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Manager, Plant Accounting Support to lead the Manila-based Controllership Accounting team and partner with Plant Controllers and site finance. You will drive month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and fixed asset/CIP accounting, ensuring strong internal controls and standard processes.

The role requires a CPA or strong preference, 7+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing or controllership, and SAP experience with OneStream/Power BI as desirable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required
• CPA certification is preferred
• 7+ years in accounting/plant accounting/controllership
• Experience leading teams in shared services or multinational settings
• SAP experience is required; OneStream/BI tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manila-based Plant Controllership Accounting Support team
• Serve as point of contact for Plant Controllers and site finance
• Oversee month-end close activities, journal entries and reconciliations
• Review balance sheet reconciliations for inventory, fixed assets, CIP
• Coordinate investigation of variances and inventory discrepancies
• Oversee inventory/asset accounting activities and cost reporting
