Job summary

Eco Savers Group Ventures Inc Samar Plant is seeking a Plant Cashier to manage cash handling, disbursements, and daily fund monitoring at the plant level. You will ensure proper documentation, deposit schedules, and timely reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, with 1 year of cashiering or related experience and strong Excel skills. Work location is at ESGVI - Samar Plant with standard plant hours and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of cashiering, accounting, or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail, honesty, and responsibility.
• Can work under minimal supervision and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Handle plant petty cash, ensure proper disbursement and documentation.
• Issue receipts and deposit collections daily as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate cash inflow/outflow records and daily reconciliation.
• Prepare daily cash reports for Plant Accountant and Head Office.
• Keep supporting documents complete and organized for audit.
• Coordinate with Plant Accountant on fund replenishment and compliance.
• Support audits by providing necessary documents and reports.
• Monitor expenses and budget utilization at the plant level.
