Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Planning Assistant in Taguig City to help run the Customer Service planning function. You will forecast, schedule, and monitor real-time performance across contact channels, coordinating with internal teams and outsource partners to maintain service levels.

You will also produce regular planning reports, support absence management, and help optimize staffing to meet KPIs. Previous planning or contact centre experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of contact center processes and performance metrics.
• Strong time management and high accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete forecasting and scheduling reports.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Review staffing and take appropriate action as required.
• Construct and maintain agent schedules.
• Monitor and drive real time performance against SLAs.
• Provide intra-day management information on contact centre performance.
• Make recommendations to operational management to improve KPIs.
• General planning administration tasks as required.
