Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• License is an advantage.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience as Planning Engineer.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project plans and schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
• Identify milestones, critical paths, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with project managers and teams to define tasks, resources, and timelines.
• Assess and allocate resources to keep projects on schedule.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to meet deadlines.
• Assist in estimating project costs and developing budgets.
• Monitor expenses to ensure alignment with the budget and propose corrective actions.
• Track progress against schedule and budget.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients.
• Identify potential delays or risks and suggest mitigation plans.
• Identify and analyze project risks that could impact timelines or costs.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
