Job summary

CSCO (Phils) Construction & Development Corporation in Rizal is seeking a skilled Scheduling Engineer to develop and maintain construction schedules using CPM, PERT, PDM, and Gantt charts in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of DPWH standards and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Experience creating, maintaining project schedules for construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using CPM, PERT, PDM, and Gantt charts in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Coordinate with cross-functional project teams to ensure timely execution per work program.
• Prepare construction bar charts with S-curves, resource histograms, and cash flow projections per DPWH standards.
• Review WARs and support monthly progress billing.
• Ensure DPWH documentation standards and contract time extensions compliance.
• Analyze schedule deviations and propose corrective measures.
• Assist in preparing planning correspondence with DPWH and related communications.
• Provide schedule updates and progress reports in coordination meetings.
• Interface with Cost Control and QA/QC to align schedule, budget, and quality.
