Job summary

onsemi is hiring a Planning Assistant to join the SCM-PDM team in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will support master data creation in AGILE, analyze manufacturing data, and collaborate with global teams to drive quality and efficiency.

You will work with Product Engineering, Quality, IT, and Manufacturing, participate in system enhancements, UAT/SiT testing, and end-user training, and help load critical data for packaging and product marks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in semiconductor manufacturing operations or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Familiar with Manufacturing Execution systems (MES) and product data concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of Master Data objects in AGILE to sustain Product Data Configuration.
• Analyze manufacturing data for standardizing shipping quantities for Logistics/WMS.
• Support Standard and Custom Part Mark configuration.
• Perform data analysis and document team business processes.
• Conduct training for end-users.
• Support system enhancements, perform UAT/SiT, and mass data loads.
• Propose process and system improvements for continuous efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, BUs, Quality, Manufacturing and IT for data loading and alignment.
• Lead and participate in Product-related meetings and report KPI progress.
