• Operate within a Planning Factory environment, supporting centralized planning processes across multiple business units, regions, and product categories.

• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, and Manufacturing teams to ensure accurate and efficient planning execution.
• Monitor planning KPIs and identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service levels, and operational efficiency.
• Support business users in the adoption and optimization of SAP planning solutions and planning best practices.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, SAP teams, Master Data teams, and IT functions to ensure effective planning system integration.
• Coordinating with Enterprise systems & Master Data Management teams to ensure proper data propagation and concurrence in the planning tool.
• Define project requirements, project plan and solution design.
• Provide guidance to users and coach Business Units in the use of Enterprise systems and transition to planning tools/applications and configure enterprise architecture to meet the needs of the business
• o Provide final solution deliverables to the customer as per design.
• o Exploring new initiatives on process optimization & digitization for improved short/medium term planning

• Assisting and supporting the Business Acceptance Unit with Client Due Diligence in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations (AML)
• Researching corporate structures and identifying beneficial ownership through the use of databases and other appropriate sources

• Conceptual understanding of as-is processes in supply chain and ability to design to-be process.
• Develop and Implement Supply chain strategies aligned with overall business objectives ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Good understanding of any of the ERP applications in the domain areas.
• Hands-on experience in Supply Chain Planning environments, preferably within a Planning Factory or centralized planning organization, supporting processes such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Planning, and S&OP/IBP.
• Proven experience working in SAP-driven planning environments with a strong understanding of integrated planning processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong expertise in SAP IBP modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP) and SAP ECC/S4HANA Production Planning (PP).
• Ability to understand client requirements and configure customized solutions.
• Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight.
• Strong analytical skills to build viewpoints on industry trends and identify areas of improvement and opportunities for cost savings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Bachelor’s degree completed; MBA is highly desirable
• 2-9 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Planning Factory operations, or SAP Planning environments with hands‑on experience in SAP IBP and SAP PP.
