Job summary

The Plan Implementation Specialist at Manulife Global Solutions (MGS) serves as the primary contact for clients during retirement plan implementations, guiding onboarding from setup through transition to ongoing service.

You will lead coordination of timelines, payroll integration, account configuration and plan features; educate clients on John Hancock products, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or project management.
• Strong relationship-building and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for clients during plan implementation and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Lead meetings, coordinate follow-up actions, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Manage timelines, project milestones and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate payroll integration, account configuration, and plan feature setup.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
• Utilize internal systems to track progress and project status.
• Provide guidance on plan setup, eligibility, and administrative requirements.
• Support a smooth handoff to ongoing service teams after implementation.
