Job summary

JD FOODS is seeking a Pickleball Court & Facility Attendant to keep the courts and facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for players and guests. You will manage reservations, register players, collect payments, and help with basic product sales at the facility.

The role requires attention to safety, reliable opening/closing checks, and accurate logging of rentals and visits, ensuring a smooth experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in a facility.
• Basic cash handling and payments experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep courts and surrounding areas clean, safe, and orderly.
• Collect and dispose of trash; monitor supplies.
• Ensure court and facility are clean before/after use.
• Check for damage or safety hazards and report.
• Perform opening/closing checks for lights and equipment.
• Secure all access points after hours.
• Maintain Player/Guest Log and registrations.
• Manage court reservations and rentals.
• Record My rental transactions and payments.
• Assist in selling JD Foods products and monitor stock.

About the role

The Pickleball Court & Facility Attendant is responsible for the proper operation, cleanliness, safety, customer assistance, rentals, and basic sales activities of the pickleball facility.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the pickleball court, comfort room, surrounding areas, tables, chairs, and common areas clean, safe, and orderly

• Collect and properly dispose of trash and monitor basic facility supplies such as garbage bags and cleaning materials

• Ensure the court and facility are clean and ready before and after use

• Check and report any damage, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards

• Perform opening and closing checks, ensuring that lights, electrical outlets and other equipment are properly turned off

• Ensure that gates, doors, and other access points are properly closed and secured, especially after operating hours

• Maintain and monitor the Player/Guest Log sheet and ensure all players and guests are properly registered

• Manage court reservations and schedules and handle court and equipment rentals

• Collect payments for court and equipment rentals and properly record all rental transactions and payments received

• Assist in selling selected JD Foods products available at the facility and monitor product stocks
