Amazing Care, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy for pediatric clients ages 0–18 in Aurora, CO. You will evaluate and treat mobility, strength, balance, and independence in the home setting.

Responsibilities include collab­oration with a multidisciplinary team, patient and family education, and meticulous documentation. Competitive pay and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff are offered.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Colorado PT License required.
• CPR certification required.
• Driver's license and auto insurance required.
• 1+ year PT experience preferred, not required.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy to pediatric clients (ages 0–18). You'll work closely with families to help children reach functional milestones in mobility, strength, balance, and independence—all within the comfort of their home environment.

Compensation & Scheduling:

• Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
• $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time
• Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC visit
• Full-Time Availability: 25+ visits per week, Part-Time Availability: 10+ visits per week

• A doctoral degree in physical therapy (PT)
• Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of Colorado
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification

• A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in physical therapy is preferred, but not required
