Job summary
Amazing Care, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy for pediatric clients ages 0–18 in Aurora, CO. You will evaluate and treat mobility, strength, balance, and independence in the home setting.
Responsibilities include collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, patient and family education, and meticulous documentation. Competitive pay and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff are offered.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy required.
- Colorado PT License required.
- CPR certification required.
- Driver's license and auto insurance required.
- 1+ year PT experience preferred, not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy supporting developmental milestones and functional mobility.
- Educate and support families with home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team for high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with home health regulations.
