Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services in Aurora, CO seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy to clients from birth through age 18. You will deliver individualized, goal-driven care in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, family coaching, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. Must have OT degree, NBCOT, CO license, CPR, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT).
• NBCOT Certification.
• OT License in the state of Colorado.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Minimum 1-year clinical OT experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Address fine motor development, sensory integration, self-care, and other functional areas.
• Educate and coach families for home-based programs.
• Maintain timely documentation per home health standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care.
