Job summary

TASQ is seeking a licensed PH RN in Metro Manila to join our clinical operations. The role involves reviewing medical records, processing claims, and ensuring compliant care, with an emphasis on patient eligibility and cost-effective management.

Initially trained onsite, the work will transition to a hybrid schedule with 2x weekly onsite presence in Taguig. The start date is September 15, 2026, and candidates must hold an active PHRN license and have at least 1 year of grievance and case appeals

Qualifications

• PHRN with active license is required.
• At least 1 year grievance & case appeals experience.
• Back-office (non-voice) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Review & Documentation: analyze medical records for accuracy and compliance.
• Claims Processing: determine eligibility, validate claims, manage insurance coverage.
• Utilization Management: review treatment plans against policies for cost-effective care.
• Case Management & Liaison: coordinate with providers and patients to facilitate care and resolve inquiries.
