Recruitify_HR is seeking a PHRN QA Manager with a strong Healthcare Quality Management background in a BPO setting to lead quality operations for a US Healthcare account. This is a 100% onsite role in Ortigas, Pasig City, with night shifts and ASAP start.

The ideal candidate holds an Active PHRN License and has 3–5 years of Healthcare QA Manager experience, along with proven quality auditing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Formación

• Active PHRN License required.
• 3–5 years of Healthcare QA Manager experience in a BPO setting.
• Strong experience in quality auditing and people management.
• Experience handling US Healthcare BPO accounts.
• Knowledge of healthcare quality standards and processes.
• Experience managing Quality Analysts and Quality Team Leads.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Willing to work 100% onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City and night shift.
• Available to start ASAP.
