The Operator role focuses on ensuring safe assembly, testing, and production KPI achievement in a fast-paced environment. The position welcomes Senior High School graduates with STEM background, with preference for those who can read and follow procedures, operate computer systems, and communicate

Formación

• Senior High School graduate with STEM track.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates accepted.
• Must read and follow instructions.
• Computer literate.
• Good communication with colleagues and engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures that safety protocols are observed and adhered to all the time.
• Provides labor requirements for the assembly and testing of Aimpoint COA LED products.
• Ensures that required products and volume are consistently met with high quality and reliability.
• Ensures also other production KPI's are consistently met. Any issue which would result to not meeting the targets should immediately be relayed to the Supervisor and Engineers for discussion and finding resolution
