Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage.

• Good communication with colleagues and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that safety protocols are observed and adhered to all the time.
• Provides labor requirements for the assembly and testing of Aimpoint COA LED products.
• Ensures that required products and volume are consistently met with high quality and reliability.
• Ensures also other production KPI's are consistently met. Any issue which would result to not meeting the targets should immediately be relayed to the Supervisor and Engineers for discussion and finding resolution

This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensures that safety protocols are observed and adhered to all the time.
• Provides labor requirements for the assembly and testing of Aimpoint COA LED products.
• Ensures that required products and volume are consistently met with high quality and reliability.
• Ensures also other production KPI's are consistently met. Any issue which would result to not meeting the targets should immediately be relayed to the Supervisor and Engineers for discussion and finding resolution

Requirements

• Senior Highschool Graduate-STEM track
• Experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing is an advantage but not required.
• Will accept fresh Sr. HS graduate under STEM track.
• Must know how to read and follow instructions and procedures.
• Computer literate
• Must know how to communicate with colleagues, Superiors and Engineers
• Positive attitude towards work
• Must be keen observer
• Willing to render overtime when needed
• Willing to be cross trained to other process stations for flexibility
