Coherent Philippines Pte Ltd is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure laser diode and photonics processes meet customer and regulatory requirements. You will focus on defect prevention, yield improvement, root-cause analysis, and cleanroom compliance, leading audits and cross‑functional improvements.
The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing quality, experience with optical handling, and strong analytical skills.
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field required.
- 3–5 years of experience in process quality in photonics/manufacturing.
- Experience in cleanroom manufacturing and optical handling is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills are required.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor and improve process quality for laser diode, optical, and photonics products.
- Lead process audits and manufacturing compliance reviews.
- Review process parameters, work instructions, control plans, and inspection requirements.
- Analyze defects, yield losses and customer quality issues; drive 8D/5 Why/CAPA actions.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Process/Equipment Engineering, R&D, and Quality teams.
