Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. is seeking a Photographer/Videographer & Editor for the Marketing Department. This full-time, on-site role captures customs brokerage and logistics operations at ports, warehouses, and client sites, turning footage into engaging content for digital platforms.
You will plan and produce photos and videos, cover operations, edit end-to-end, and ensure content stays on brand while supporting the company’s digital transformation and campaigns.
The Photographer/Videographer & Editor is a full-time, on-site member of the Marketing Department of Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. and reports to the Digital Marketing Associate/Marketing Head. They capture the company’s customs brokerage and logistics operations at ports, warehouses, and client sites. They turn that footage into engaging pictures, short-form videos, and corporate content for digital platforms, making complex customs processes easy to understand. They support the company’s shift to modern, technology-driven services. They keep all content on brand and follow safety and confidentiality standards in every shoot.
Plan, shoot, and produce pictures and videos for social media, the website, ads, and internal communications.
Cover operations such as port activity, cargo handling, warehouse processes, documentation workflows, and team activities.
Create short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube shorts) that explain customs processes, compliance updates, and service offerings in simple terms.
Produce corporate videos, including the company profile, client testimonials, service explainers, and recruitment videos
Photograph company events, client meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
Edit videos from the start to finish: cutting, color grading, audio-mixing, subtitles, motion graphics, and transitions.
Retouch and enhance pictures while keeping them on brand.
Resize and format content for each platform (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website)
Follow company brand guidelines, including colors, logo used, fonts, and tone.
Work with the Digital Marketing team on the content calendar and campaign concepts.
Suggest visual content ideas that support the company’s digital transformation messaging.
Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Film, or a related field. An equivalent portfolio is also accepted.
At least 2 years of experience in photography, videography, and video editing, preferably in corporate, B2B, or logistics settings.
A strong portfolio with both photo and video work (required)
Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
Experience making short-form social media content and following platform trends.
Able to explain technical topics, such as customs and logistics processes, in clear and engaging visuals.
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) CapCut and Canva are a plus)
Visual storytelling and narrative structure
Full video editing: cutting, color grading, audio mixing, subtitles, motion graphics, transitions
Resizing and formatting content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the website.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (may occasionally require reporting on Saturdays for scheduled special commodity deliveries)
Time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
