Progressive Technology is seeking a talented, detail-oriented Photo Retoucher - Product Image Editing to join its digital creative and visual production team. Qualifications

• Diploma, certificate, or degree in Photography, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of professional photo-editing and retouching techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with Adobe Lightroom.
• Understanding of colour correction, image enhancement, masking, layers, clipping paths, and background removal.
• Knowledge of product photography, lighting, shadows, reflections, and image composition.
• Ability to maintain accurate product appearance while improving overall image quality.

Responsabilités

• Edit and retouch product photographs to achieve professional, high-quality visual presentation.
• Perform background removal, replacement, and cleanup to create clean and consistent product images.

• Create consistent image styles, dimensions, resolutions, and visual standards across product collections.

• Resize, crop, compress, and optimise images for different digital platforms and publishing requirements.
