Key Responsibilities:

• Photo Editing: Perform a range of photo editing tasks, including cropping, resizing, color correction, and background editing, to enhance customer content.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar photo editing tools to produce high-quality edited images that meet our standards.
• Content Optimization: Ensure all edited images align with the brand’s visual guidelines and are optimized for various platforms and uses.
• Quality Control: Review and ensure the accuracy and quality of all edited images before final delivery.
• Image Handoff: Once photo editing is complete, promptly send the edited images to a designated customer agent, who will deliver them to the customer.
• Back-End System Management: Manage and maintain the client's back-end system, ensuring all images are properly uploaded, organized, and accessible for future use.
• Customer Support: Provide customer support through calls, emails, and chat, addressing inquiries related to the editing process, delivery of images, and any technical issues.
• Issue Resolution: Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving any concerns related to the images or services provided via calls, email, and chat.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Photo Editor or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or other similar photo editing software, and experience managing back-end systems.
• Customer Support Skills: Previous experience in customer support, preferably through calls, email, and chat, with a focus on providing timely and accurate assistance.
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and ability to ensure consistency in edited images.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple editing tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively understand project needs, provide updates, and assist customers.
