Produces high-quality product imagery through photography and retouching, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all brands. Supports the Marketing Communication's studio workflow by following standardized processes, style guides, and production timelines.
Photo-Editing
Performs detailed image retouching including wrinkle removal, garment cleanup, skin and blemish retouching, color correction, cropping, and compositing.
Follows established e-commerce retouching and style guides to maintain a consistent look across brands.
Ensures accurate color representation and clean backgrounds suitable for e-commerce platforms.
Applies efficient batch processing and workflow techniques to meet volume and turnaround requirements.
Reviews all work for errors, omissions, and consistency prior to final approval.
Photography
Shoots clean, consistent product photography for e-commerce following shot lists and lighting standards.
Prepares garments for shooting, ensuring proper steaming, styling accuracy, and attention to details.
Executes assigned camera angles, framing, and lighting setups based on written or visual direction.
Communicates professionally with models, stylists, and teammates to ensure smooth and efficient shoot days.
Identifies and resolves on-set issues to maintain quality and pace during high-volume shoots.

Assists in preparing basic visual assets derived from approved photography using existing brand templates.
Performs minor image adjustments when required, without owning creative concepts or layouts.
Education Required - College graduate of Multimedia Arts or Graphic Design. Fresh graduates are open to apply.
Experience - 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Knowledge
Strong understanding of studio photography workflows and e-commerce standards.
Knowledge of image editing and retouching tools such as Capture One and Adobe Photoshop.
Familiarity with production workflows, file management, and asset delivery processes.
