Job summary

PeoplePartners BPO Inc. is seeking a dedicated Tutor to work with our field-based Trainers, delivering phone-based tutoring and training support to trainees. You will plan sessions, assess learner needs, and keep attendance and outcomes records.

Experience in hospitality training is valued; strong English, clear communication, and ability to motivate students over the phone are essential. This full-time office-based role runs Monday to Friday with Australian holidays observed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Bachelor of Science in Elementary or Secondary Education.
• Willingness to undertake the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Excellent communication and comprehension skills.
• Experience within the Education sector will be highly regarded.
• Previous experience in phone based tutoring / training role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to motivate students and encourage participation.
• Ability to build solid rapport with students over the phone.
• Ability to deliver effective education/training to suit learners needs.
• Ability to manage administrative tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide tutoring support via skype, phone, SMS and email to trainees.
• Provide in-depth, one on one or multiple coaching sessions
• Identify/assess the needs of learners and adapt content accordingly.
• Be available to advise and meet with students as required.
• Ensure students are exposed to varied training strategies.
• Assist in planning and preparing training sessions and resources.
• Submit accurate student attendance records weekly.
