Genesys is seeking an HR Leader for the Philippines to drive strategic and operational HR across the country. You will partner with leaders to shape talent outcomes, manage workforce planning and design, and advise on employee relations and organizational change in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will lead the local HR Partner team, ensure compliance with Philippine laws, and collaborate with global HR programs to deliver impactful people solutions aligned with Genesys’ values and business

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or HR certification.
• 10+ years of HR experience in a multinational tech environment.
• Experience leading HR teams and developing country HR strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Philippines HR Partner team and align the country strategy with business goals.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design and talent strategies.
• Advise and coach senior leaders across employee relations, performance management and change.
